The MIT Scientist who invented the World Wide Web, Tim Berners-Lee, was recognized for his work in April, 2004. By December of that same year, our founder, John Caskie was developing his first website, Kooponz.com, a spin-off of Lunchfax, the couponing business he owned. Kooponz.com was one of the very first websites to distribute coupons online.

After building several websites for other companies, John partnered with a friend to launch a revolutionary new online business model, Flying Fish Express (ffexpress.com).

Flying Fish Express was spectacularly successful and was sold to Petstore.com in 1999. Despite the subsequent "dot com" collapse, Flying Fish Express survived and is still going strong today under its current owners.

John Caskie has over 35 years of business experience in sales, marketing and general management with Fortune 500 companies (Bristol-Myers, Pepsico, and ITT) and as an entrepreneur who developed, launched and managed both “bricks and mortar” and online businesses.
