About Beth Ballaro
Beth earned her B.F.A from Rochester Institute of Technology in 1991. Prior to launching Ballaro Creative in 2004, she held several senior level marketing communications posts in high-tech companies. Her most recent position was that of global marcom manager where she was responsible for marketing communications with emphasis on strategic and tactical planning and implementation of world-wide initiatives for Memec, Inc., a multi-billion dollar semiconductor distribution company. Beth participated, with other senior managers, to establish strategic plans and objectives. She directed and controlled the activities of the broad functional areas of marketing communications, public relations, events, seminars, tradeshows, organizational communications, web strategy, content, brand management and integrated campaign services. While doing so, she controlled the planning, staffing, budgeting, managed expense priorities, recommended and implemented changes to methods.
